There has been a concerning increase in reported cases of forced and child labor in U.S. supply chains in recent years. Cases of minors working in hazardous jobs and outside of federally allowed hours have also increased across states and industries including manufacturing and packaging, especially on worksites where third party labor is used. This course explores the ways companies can reduce these risks through strengthened policies and procedures internally and collaboration with supply chain partners to ensure a protective and safe working environment for all.
